Agency Appointment

To appoint an authorised recruiting agent the employer has to furnish the particulars of an agent with the following documents duly authenticated by the Chamber of Commerce and Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Visa issuing country.

1. AGENCY AGREEMENT :
This agreement is made between employees and the appointed agent, stating fully and preciously all terms and conditions regarding Manpower supply from Bangladesh.

2. DEMAND LETTER :
A formal letter issued by the employer addressing the recruiting agent with full details of job categories, no. of workers, monthly salary, contract period, working hours and all other facilities i.e accommodation, food, medical, air passage etc.

3. POWER OF ATTORNEY :
A letter issued by the employer duly authorising the said agent to act on behalf of the employer for recruiting demanded workers and to carry on all necessary formalities related to the respective Embassy and the Government of Bangladesh.

4. CONSULAR LETTER :
This letter also issued by the employer, by addressing the Consul, General of the respective Embassy intimating him regarding the appointed agent and their authorisation to act on the employer’s behalf to carry on all visa formalities related to the Embassy, mentioning the visa no. and issue date.

5. VISA ADVICE :
A photocopy of visa advice duly stamped and signed by the employer.
